Life Coaching with Me
I don’t do rigid, pre-structured packages.
Instead, I meet you where you’re at—with flexibility, curiosity, and care.

If mapping out a timeline works for you, we’ll do that.
If your capacity shifts and you need something softer, we’ll adjust.
The goal is never to push—it’s to support what’s true for you.
Sessions are $90/hour.
And if that feels like a barrier, let’s talk about it.
We can explore a sliding scale, space out sessions, or create something that fits your rhythm. This work is about building something sustainable, not stressful.

Coaching with Me
Coaching with me is about creating forward momentum—without burning yourself out trying to “fix” everything.
Unlike therapy, which often looks at past wounds or mental health diagnoses, coaching is about what’s happening now and what’s next.
We focus on what you want to shift, how you want to feel, and what’s getting in the way of living more unapologetically.
We’ll move at your pace—but with intention.
I'll reflect back what’s coming up, support you in holding boundaries, and challenge the beliefs that are keeping you small.
This work is collaborative, grounded, and real.
Whether you’re navigating identity shifts, burnout, big transitions, or just trying to come home to yourself, coaching can help you reconnect with your voice and your values—and start building a life that actually fits.

“ I owe everything to my Empowerment Coach Christina Rose. Without her I would have never completed this book. She has helped me not only in my grief but in giving me hope. The one thing I thought I would never have again. I owe her the world.”

"Your guidance has been life-changing. You’ve helped me embrace my challenges instead of fearing them, showing me how to thrive in that space with confidence.
Your insights and support mean so much to me.
Thank you!"

"When we met, I was spending time with people that took my energy and I didn’t realize it at all. I was just slutting out my energy Iike I had an endless amount. I feel like it’s taking time but, I’m doing things I realized I wasn’t doing for a few years since my divorce and a lot of trauma. It’s things like being able to clean my apartment, getting back to focusing on what I need rather than bleeding it out on other people that only hurt me. God! You are a godsend.”
